Welcome to Psychology and Therapy Clinic (PATC) based in West London.  We provide a range of evidence based psychological treatment approaches for adults struggling with mood, emotions and the impact of trauma.  PATC in West London is led by Dr Emma Arora, a compassionate and experienced HCPC registered Consultant Clinical Psychologist and BABCP accredited Behavioural and Cognitive psychotherapist.  Psychological treatment approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) informed and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).  

Sessions are currently available online and face to face based in West London.  A FREE 15 minute initial consultation by telephone or video can be arranged if you would like to know more about how we can work with you.

With Dr Emma’s broad training in a range of trauma models you can explore together which approach will best meet your needs.
